Aurion Lifecare
Empowering lives through care.
A trusted, accessible web presence for a registered NDIS provider in Canberra — designed to help participants and their families discover the right support, with clarity and care.
Care, made easy to find.
Aurion Lifecare needed more than a brochure site. NDIS participants, family members and support coordinators arrive with very different questions — “Is this provider registered?”, “Do they offer respite?”, “How quickly can someone reach me?” — and the previous experience made each one harder than it needed to be.
We were asked to design a calm, trustworthy presence that treats every visitor with dignity, surfaces the right service quickly, and removes friction from getting in touch.
Person-centred, end to end.
We started by mapping every audience — participants, families, coordinators and staff — and the journey each one takes through the site. From there we shaped a clean information architecture, scannable service pages, and contact pathways that meet people where they are: phone, WhatsApp, email or a quick referral form.
Visual language emphasises warmth and trust. Strong contrast, generous spacing and screen-reader friendly markup make the site usable for the people it serves — not just the people designing it.
